Shipping & Delivery
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. To track your order:
- Click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email (check your spam folder if it’s missing).
- Or visit micawomens.com and go to the “Tracking” section in your account.
- Alternatively, access the tracking feature in the app under “My Account.”
Why are there no tracking updates?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to major disruptions like severe weather, customs delays, or shipping restrictions.
Why didn’t I receive a shipment notification email?
Once your order ships, a dispatch email with tracking details is sent. If you didn’t receive it:
- Double-check the email address you entered.
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm your order status in your account to see if it has shipped.
Why does my order show as delivered before I’ve received it?
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Confirm that the delivery address is correct.
- Check your mailbox and ask neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Allow up to 48 hours—sometimes items show as delivered earlier than actual delivery.
If you still haven’t received your order three business days after it’s marked delivered, feel free to log into micawomens.com and check your order status.
Why was my order returned or refused?
Shipments may be returned or refused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information.
- The carrier being unable to complete delivery.
- The delivery being refused at the time of arrival.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages when incorrect address information was provided at checkout.
What should I do if the tracking status indicates unsuccessful delivery?
First, verify the shipping address in your order confirmation. If the address is accurate, contact the logistics provider to locate your package and arrange re-delivery.
Order Issues
How do I change or cancel my order?
- Before shipping: You may log in to micawomens.com and submit a change or cancellation request with your order number and details; we’ll respond as soon as possible.
- After shipping: Changes aren’t guaranteed once the order has shipped, but you may submit a request—if we can intercept it, we will. Otherwise, you can return the order when it arrives.
Missing item from my order?
If an item is missing, please use the return or order inquiry tool on micawomens.com and include any relevant information—such as your order number and shipping label—so we can assist you quickly.
Received a defective or incorrect order?
Report any issues through the order support system on micawomens.com with your order number, issue description, and relevant photos.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return an item?
Initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order using the return portal on micawomens.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective.
When will I receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within up to 10 business days. You’ll receive a refund confirmation via your account notifications.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by your country.

Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Save unused codes for future purchases, if they haven’t expired.
