Return Policy

Policy Overview

  • Return Shipping Fee
    Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item received is defective.
  • Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Important: Do not initiate a dispute or chargeback, as refunds cannot be processed until such issues are resolved by the bank, and this may take up to 75 days. We offer a 14-day return policy and an order edit system to assist you.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
    • Final Sale items
    • Flash Sale items
    • Gift Cards
    • Surprise Boxes
    • Tights
    • Lingerie
    • Sleepwear
    • Bikinis
    • Bodysuits
    • Nipple Covers
    • Accessories (excluding scarves)
    Any such items returned will be discarded without refund or credit. Additionally:
    • Orders paid using store credits (from prior returns or compensatory credits) are non-refundable.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Editing (Before Shipment)

  1. Via the App: Go to the “Order” section to start an edit request.
  2. Select the order (must not yet be shipped).
  3. Choose modifications (e.g. change or delete items).
  4. All requests are processed within 24 hours.

Note: Each order can be returned or refunded only once—please check carefully before proceeding.


Return Process

  1. Start your return via our website at micawomens.com. You’ll receive an email with return instructions.
  2. Ship the item(s) back using any courier you prefer.
  3. Once received, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. We reserve the right to reject returns not meeting policy conditions.

You may also initiate returns through the App’s “Order” section. If tracking is available, you’ll be prompted to enter it for smoother processing. Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after receipt, subject to policy compliance.


Refund Method

Refunds are credited according to the original payment method:

  • Gift Card: Refund applied as store credit equal to returned item value.
  • Other Payment Methods (e.g. Bank Transfer, PayPal, Klarna): Options include store discounts, store credit, or a cash refund—minus original shipping fees.
